Orders
We will treat orders within one week.Should any product be out of stock the buyer will be informed as quickly as possible. 

Prices
The prices on th site are retail prices, taxes included. All orders placed on the site for delivery outside Sweden may be subjected to taxes and custom duties at the destination point. The buyer is responsible for all such costs. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total due according to shipping method chosen. 

Delivery
Delivery methods are chosen by the buyer on the site. Shipping costs will depend on the method chosen and the amount of the order. Either by postal service or an express carrier. tuss declines any liabilty in delivery due to unforseen events caused by postal service or the express carrier. tuss will not be held responsible for delay caused by unobtained authorizations from credit card companies. In case of loss or damage during delivery the buyer must send a detailed complaint to tuss. 

Exchange
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of the date of shipment by sending them back in perfect condition in their original wrappings along with accessories along with your original invoice. tuss will only accept returned items as long as they have not been worn or washed and which are returned with their labels and tags intact. See further under return instructions. In case of return, shipping costs are at the customers charge.

Refund
In case of exchange of goods or defective item store credit will be valid after goods have been returned and if the stated conditions are fulfilled.
